How to start a return?
If an item needs to be exchanged or replaced due to a product defect, no Return Label fee will be deducted.
Once they receive your return, Snow Joe, LLC (“Snow Joe”) will credit your original method of payment.

What is the return policy?
Snow Joe wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, their return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges if applicable and Return Label fee (The Return Label Fee is calculated by UPS).
If an item needs to be exchanged or replaced due to a product defect, no Return Label fee will be deducted.
What are not covered by the warranty service?
This Warranty does not apply if the Product has been used commercially or for non-household or rental applications. This Warranty also does not apply if the Product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.
This Warranty also does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance.
