Are their flashlight lumen ratings accurate?
Yes. All of their brands' flashlights have lumen ratings that are tested and verified to ANSI standards. ANSI is the American National Standards Institute and the organization responsible for defining what criteria a light must achieve in order to receive a valid lumen rating.

What is their brightest flashlight?

The brightest flashlight they currently make is offered within the NEBO brand and is called the 12K. This flashlight is both the brightest in its Turbo (12,000 lumens) and High (7,000 lumen) modes.
