What is their return policy?
They offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on products purchased from them. If a return begins within 90 days, they will provide you with a prepaid return label to send your unit back to them. Products must be returned with all parts, original packaging and in resalable condition. For products returned in resalable condition, they will provide a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. If the product is deemed defective within the first 90 days of purchase, they will ship a new replacement part at no charge or provide a full refund (your choice) with a prepaid return label to return the defective part.
Can I use my Flexible Spending Account?
PUREWAVE is not currently covered by Medical FSA. However, they are using Affirm, which allows you to make 3, 6 or 12 month payments without any hidden fees. Simply use Affirm at checkout.
Does it come with a battery? How long does the charge last?
PUREWAVE is equipped with (2) top of the line lithium-ion batteries (18650). The unit is rechargeable and the charger is included in the box. Their PUREWAVE takes approximately 1 hour to charge and lasts approximately 180 minutes of use. To maximize battery life, always keep the unit charged and fully charged every 3-4 months, even if you haven't used it. If needed, replacement chargers can be purchased on their website.
What is their shipping policy?
They offer free ground shipping to US customers in the lower 48 states on orders of $50 or more. (*Except AK and HI) They also offer 2nd Day and Overnight shipping discounts at checkout. Shipping time for free shipping orders is 1-3 business days (shipping to PO Boxes is usually 1-3 business days). (Accessories usually take 1-5 days) Shipping is Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and orders placed before 11:00am PST / 2:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. Delivery of all shipments is Monday through Friday.
