What is their return policy?
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order. They do not accept returns of paper airplane products that were not purchased from PAPERPLANE.SHOP PAPER PLANES IP HOLDINGS is not responsible for any items other than those specified on the return form. If you return an item that is not on the original return form, Paper Planes will discard any additional items at the customer's expense.
What is their shipping policy?
Free shipping to China on all orders over RMB 1,000.00. Online purchases are shipped via FedEx from their warehouse in New Jersey. International shipping is currently available worldwide. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout. They ship all international orders via DHL. After the order is completed, you will receive an email from them with your tracking information.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt of your return, it will take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed and the amount will be applied as an online credit in the form of a gift card. You will not receive a shipping refund for the initial portion of your purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the return policy instructions. Please note that you must still adhere to the 14-day policy. After returning an item, please place a brand new order on their website for the item you want.
How do I return an international order?
Go to GLOBAL E Return to generate your return label. You will need your order number (starting with GE) and a convenient email address to create it. The returns portal can be found at
Once in the Returns Portal, select the item you want to return, select the reason from the drop-down menu, and click Next.
Your return label and form will be generated.
Attach the GLOBAL E Return Form inside the package.
Attach the return address label to the outside of the package, making sure you remove any old address or postage labels.
Return your package via the carrier of your choice.
