How can I register my card?
When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number and registration code from the back of the card along with your name, address, phone number and email address.
They also ask a few other questions to get to know you better.
How can I contact them when I have problems with my card?
You can talk to a team member at a participating Ranch Rewards® restaurant or contact their Ranch Rewards® Guest Services department by phone or email Monday to Friday during business hours (8 am - 5 pm CST).

If you email or call and leave a message outside of business hours they will be sure to follow-up with you the next business day.
Do they have a bonus on birthday?
Ranch Rewards® members will receive a $5 birthday bonus added to their card automatically the Monday prior to their birthday.
The $5 birthday bonus will expire 30 days after it was added to your card. Please note that if you attach or combine multiple cards, you will only receive one birthday bonus.
Only one birthday is entered per registered account.
Whay information do I need to become a Ranch Rewards member?
You can get a Ranch Rewards® card at any Pizza Ranch® restaurant and then register your card online.
If you don’t have a card, you can complete the enrollment form first and enroll in Ranch Rewards® and they will send you a virtual account number via email. If you wish, the next time you visit a Pizza Ranch restaurant, bring in that account number and a team member will give you a permanent card.
