What is your return policy?

• You can simply mail us back the unwanted item(s) within 30 days for a refund to the address listed in our return policy page. They also provide free return labels on all store credit returns / store credit exchanges within 60 days for US orders.

• All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact.) 

• Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains, pet hair, perfume/detergent scent or smoke will be refused, returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.

Can I get a free return?

They offer free returns on all store credit returns/exchanges – US only. Free return labels are valid only for store credit returns & exchanges. Please click here to request a free return label. 

What types of shipping do you guys use?

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS OVER $35.

• USPS Standard Service is free to Shop Hearts customers, anywhere in the United States, with any order exceeding $35.

• Please allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with their free USPS/UPS Standard service.

• Their free shipping offer does not apply on shipments outside of the United States, or priority US shipments.

• All in stock orders will be fulfilled within 1 - 3 business days.

• Orders purchased Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please plan accordingly!

• Holiday processing time is 3 business days, starting November 1st. Their holiday return policy is extended to January 10th for orders placed between November 1st and December 9th.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

• Shop hearts is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. The appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

• They do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. 

• Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
