Do I have to take my bike to a specific FedEx location for shipping?

You can ship your bike to or from your home, local bike shop, or FedEx location. Before your drop off date, you will receive an email from their packaging and shipping coordinator with instructions and shipping labels.

What is their cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made by phone or email and are considered accepted the day they are received by TriBike Transport. Cancellations made more than thirty days prior to the event date will be eligible for a refund of the total amount paid, minus a portion of the total amount in credits for the cancellation fee of $75.00 per booking, which will be credited to your TriBike Transport account. For cancellations between thirty and sixteen days prior to the event date, your TriBike Transport account will be eligible for a full refund. There is a cancellation fee of $75.00 per reservation. Cancellations made fifteen days or less prior to your event date will be eligible for a credit of 50% of the total booking amount paid by you to be applied to your TBT account.

Can I book a one-way reservation?

You can create one-way bookings for most domestic activities. Due to customs, they cannot provide one-way shipping for international events. Generally, the price will be half the cost of round-trip shipping, plus an additional $50.00 to $75.00 for your bike case depending on size. They only accept soft-sided bike cases (hard bike cases are not accepted). For instructions on how to make a one-way booking, please contact Customer Service.

How do I file a loss/damage claim?

Your fully assembled bike shipping reservation includes up to $1,000 of loss/damage insurance. Supplemental coverage for your bike and bag (if applicable) at a value of $10 per $1000 claim. If you ship a kit with your bike, don't forget to include the value of its contents. To purchase supplementary insurance, simply select the desired amount at the time of booking. All claims must be made to TriBike Transport within 14 days of being dropped off at a customer partner store.
