How should I take care of my AGMES jewelry?
All of their jewelry is made from recycled precious metals because they believe in using the highest quality materials - 925 sterling silver, 18k gold sterling silver and 14k sterling gold. Each piece of AGMES jewelry is handcrafted and requires delicate handling. In order to maintain the beauty of your jewelry, they recommend that you do not swim, bathe or shower in your jewelry. They package each piece in a special rust-proof bag. After each wear, gently wipe off all tarnish and store in the AGMES bag to prevent loss of shine. AGMES is not responsible for the maintenance of your purchased jewelry.
What are the shipping charges?
All domestic ground shipments are calculated at checkout. If you want expedited shipping, they offer priority shipping, 2-day shipping, and overnight shipping, which are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do they ship internationally? What about customs?
They do international shipping! If you are shipping to another country where the border imposes duties on imported goods, the postal service will require you to pay this import fee, which is then paid by the post to your government. They are too small to cover the cost of these duties, and since these fees belong to your government and not to them, they cannot refund this amount.
When will my order be shipped and how will I track it?
Orders are shipped within 2 weeks, unless otherwise noted for backorders. If they are in stock, it will be shipped within 2 weeks. If you would like to know if an item is in stock, please send an email. Upon receipt of your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent. If your order contains pre-order items in addition to other items, the order will be shipped at a later date unless a separate shipment with additional shipping charges is requested.
