What is their return policy?

Austin's Shoes accepts exchanges and returns for full priced and regular sale items within fourteen days of receipt. Product must be in new, unworn condition. The original manufacturer's packaging and contents must be returned in the same condition as received. Please do not place shipping labels directly on the manufacturer's packaging. You can reuse your Austin's Shoes shipping box/polyethylene mailer or any regular, unmarked cardboard box to ship your returns. All labels, tags and stickers must be affixed to the product at all times. If your return does not meet the above criteria, they will deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund.

What is their shipping policy?

All orders placed before 2pm (EST) Monday-Thursday will begin processing and shipping within 24 hours, pending availability and payment authorization. All orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed by the following Monday. Except holidays. If for some reason the item you have selected is currently out of stock or requires additional identification for payment authorization, Austin's Shoes will contact you via a follow-up email. After your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your package. If you decide to reject any shipment from Austin's Shoes, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to them. This amount will be deducted from your item refund.

What are the precautions for returns?

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Austin's Shoes does not provide return shipping labels. Ship your return or exchange with an insured, traceable carrier as they are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five business days of receipt of your return (please note that it may take additional days for your banking institution to process this transaction and post it to you after receiving the information from Austin account shoes.) Austin's Shoes will send you an email notification when your package is received.
