What type of movement is used?
They didn't look past one feature when designing element watches. They went with a Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement, which is highly respected in the industry.
Are elements watches waterproof?
Element watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty.
What is the galss made of?
The glass they use for their watches is made of hardened mineral crystal.
ELEMENTS WATCHES has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's their fault, they will repair or replace your product for free.
However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
What is their shipping policy?
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 36 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.
International shipping charges are calculated at check-out according to your location and does not include the destination's country taxes and fees. ELEMENTS WATCHES is not responsible for any duties and fees or any outside charges processed at international destinations including returned orders.
What is their return policy?
Returns are FREE! Please email them at [email protected] regarding your return and they'll be happy to explain the process on how to return the item to them and how you will receive your refund.
You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from their website within 30 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
