Can I make an exchange at Gone Green Store?

• If you wish for an exchange, please let them know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be given by either check or charged to your credit card on file.

• Opened food products are not refundable. If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please contact them at: 800-282-1373 and they will be happy to discuss your options with you.

Can I make a return at Gone Green Store?

Please call or email for prior approval before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. If return is approved credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.

Should I pay the customes fee?

• International orders/shipments may be subject to Customs fees or taxes charged by the country in which your order is delivered. They have seen these fees range from 0%-50%.

• Gone Green Store is not responsible for paying fees charged by Customs or the rate charged by Customs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the Customs fee.

• If you refuse to accept your package at Customs due to high Customs fees, they are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at Customs. If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to them. As such, once the package is received back to their warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge to send the package back to them.
