What is the shipping policy?
All orders will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order in their system. All orders placed after noon ET Friday will ship next Monday. All shipping guidelines are not guaranteed as they are not responsible for carrier delays. Please use the following as a general guideline.
How much is the freight?
Economy class (7-14 business days) is 8.50 and free if it's worth more than $50.
Expedited (2-3 working days) is $18.
Overnight (next business day) is $38.50.
What is the return policy?
If for any reason their luggage doesn't fit you, they have a 45-day return policy. In order to receive a full refund, all products must be returned in their new status within 45 days or your order will be placed. Please contact them at [email protected], which contains the product you are returning, and they will email you a printable pre-paid return shipping label. Only products purchased from their site can be returned within the United States. If you do not receive an email in your inbox within 72 hours of requesting a return, please check your spam folder.
