What is LAURELLA return policy?
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the sales agreement, starting from the moment you receive the package. Go to the "I want to return an item" tab and enter the order number and the email address you used to place your order. If you have an account with them, you can also log in and go to the "Returns" tab located in "Your Account". When the return is verified, your funds will be returned in accordance with the refund form which you have selected.
What is the shipping cost?
Worldwide shipping costs $30.
For US deliveries: No worries! For orders under $800, there are no additional fees/taxes charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
For EU deliveries: No fees/taxes are charged on delivery.
Can I complain about a product?
Yes. They are very sorry if they have betrayed your trust and the purchased product did not meet your expectations in terms of quality. They do not bury their head in the sand! If the product has a defect or it has arisen during use - you may use your right of complaint. Your complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date they receive the package.
