How do I track my order?
For all domestic shipments they use AusPost for their delivery carrier, for all international shipments they use DHL. Within 48 hours of placing your order online, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking number attached to it & link to the correct carrier page.
How does Afterpay work?
Once you process your payment through Afterpay on the M.J. Bale website, you have a direct agreement and payment plan with Afterpay, NOT M.J. Bale. If you are a NEW Afterpay customer, they will deduct the first 25% payment immediately, and subsequent payments each fortnight over the next 6 weeks. If you are an existing Afterpay customer, no money will be taken at purchase. The first 25% payment will be deducted 2 weeks after the order date and subsequent payments each fortnight over the remaining 6 weeks. Afterpay will provide their own emails and notifications alerting you when payment is due to be taken. ALL contact regarding payment should be made directly to Afterpay.

Their process of becoming carbon neutral as an organisation and the claim of having carbon neutral products are both certified as Climate Active by the Federal Government’s Department of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources.

Their teams are professionally trained in tailoring and all alterations performed through their stores are covered by their M.J. Bale guarantee; if your alterations are not quite right or you are not happy with the alterations, they will fix it for you free of charge!
