Can I get free shipping at Solar Eclipse？

• Free US Shipping: They offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, they estimate you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. If you need your item sooner, please select their expedited shipping option at checkout. They do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.

• Free Standard USPS Shipping: ~7-10 Business Days. Allow up to 3-5 additional business days for order processing.

• Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days. Allow up to 1-3 additional business days for order processing.

• Please note that any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I make a return or exchange at Solar Eclipse?

• From the date your order arrives at your door, they give you 30 days to fall in love. If you decide your purchase is not right for you, to start a return, you can contact them at [email protected]. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and sent back in its original packaging. 

• Refunds take approximately one to two weeks to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges are not refunded.

• They're really proud of their extended return period, and to ensure they can continue offering this to their customers, they do monitor returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and future orders potentially refused at their discretion.
