What is the shipping policy?
Orders typically take 2 business days for customization, but may take up to 5 business days, depending on the items, time of year, etc. After items are customized, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with tracking info. Shipping time is in addition to customization time.
- They ship via UPS and Smart Post (a combined service offered by FedEx & USPS) and you can select the type and speed of service that fits your need. Delivery usually takes 2 – 8 business days (in addition to customization time) and varies based upon on the type of service you select and the delivery location in the Continental United States.
- You can select different shipping options and speeds by choosing the type of service that meets your needs. Each shipping option has a range of times. These ranges are set by the carriers and may vary.
- Economy: 2 to 8+ days transit time. Delivery Monday through Saturday
- Ground: Within 3 to 4 business days transit time. Delivery Monday through Friday.
- 2 Day: Within 2 business days transit time. Delivery Monday through Friday.
- Overnight:1 business day transit time. Delivery Monday through Friday.
What is their return policy?
They guarantee their product quality and workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on their part will be replaced at no charge, but they do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, spelling, etc. If you have any questions while placing an order, please contact them so theycan make sure you get what you want.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you see a spelling mistake or have picked the wrong design, you have one hour after placing your order to contact them to cancel it. To cancel your order, you must contact SpiritShop.com Customer Service by phone at or email customerservice@spiritshop.com between the hours of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (EST).
