What is their return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, they will make every effort to help you resolve the issue. They will accept returns of merchandise for exchange, store credit or full refund (excluding actual shipping costs) within a maximum of 30 days of the invoice date, provided the product is in new condition and all original packaging. items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and can only be returned for store credit. returns cannot be made after 45 days. Please make sure your return authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the package and include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return. Additional charges will apply for packages without the correct authorization return number. Sheet music, method books, videos, recordings, whistles, bird calls, used/demo products, as-is products and special order items are not returnable for any reason.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact them immediately at (215) 659-0100 and make your request. If your order is not yet packed for shipment, they will do everything possible to make any changes you request. They aim to fully process your order within a few hours of receiving it, so changes may not be possible.
What if my order is missing?
Please check your order carefully and completely upon receipt. Customers have 7 days from the date you accept delivery to report any discrepancies between the item ordered and the item shipped or any damage to the item(s) in your order. If an item is missing from your order, or if you shipped an incorrect item, they will do their best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please call them immediately at (215) 659-0100 or email them at [email protected] and they will arrange for a return and/or replacement of the correct item ordered.
