What shipping methods are offered?
They offer three shipping options:

• Standard Usually arrives 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase. Please note orders may take up to 72 hours to process if shipped with standard service. In most cases, orders placed after 11 am PT/ 2 pm ET will begin processing and shipment the following business day.
• Expedited Usually arrives 2-3 business days from the date of purchase if the order is placed by 11 am PT / 2 pm ET (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11 am PT / 2 pm ET Monday - Thursday will ship the next business day; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
• Express Usually arrives 1-2 business days from date of purchase if the order is placed by 11 am PT / 2 pm ET (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11 am PT / 2 pm ET Monday - Thursday will ship the following business day; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?

• They do their best to process orders placed by noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day, except for holiday or high-volume timeframes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive using UPS Ground shipping, depending on the destination.
• Orders using Expedited or Express delivery should arrive the designated number of business days after being shipped. Saturday and Sunday delivery are not available. Note that orders containing aerosols cannot be shipped overnight or via expedited air service.

Does Drybar offer price adjustments?

• If an item has gone on sale on drybar.com or received a price change within 14 days of your purchase date, they will honor the price adjustment. Please email [email protected] with the order details to receive a price adjustment. For purchases made after a sale has ended, no price adjustments will be honored.
• Purchases made in-store during online-only sales are not eligible for price adjustment, and vice versa.

How do I return a drybar.com purchase?

• Call Drybar Products Customer Service at (800) 646-4479.
• Be prepared to provide your contact information, address, order number and and details regarding which product(s) you would like to return.
• Customer Service will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
• Carefully pack the returned items and your original packing list in a shipping box and seal close.
• Print the shipping label provided by Customer Service, affix it to the shipping box and drop package at the nearest UPS drop-off location.
• Once your return is received, please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment.
