How do I track my order ?

Tracking is provided for all orders. A shipping update email with your tracking number will be sent within 2-3 business days of the date of purchase. You can count on getting an email confirmation when the package has left their warehouse. Expect your order to arrive within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you haven’t received a shipping update email 4 days after the date of purchase, please check your junk or spam folder. This email will be addressed to the same email you used to place your order.

What about the refund policy of Touchupdirect ?

All TouchUpDirect paint colors are made to order. Despite this, they will accept returns up to 30 days of the date of sale and the paint is unopened and unused. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee if they are unopened. TouchUpDirect will not accept opened or used paint in any size. No returns will be accepted without approval and a Return Authorization number.

How about Touchupdirect return policy ?

Contact them so that they can issue you a return authorization number to include with your return. They will also provide you with a shipping label. From the date of purchase, you will have 45 days to send back the unused product. Once they receive your return, they’ll issue your refund (minus shipping costs).
