How to make a return?
Click the Auto Returns link within the footer of their website (returns.volcom.com) and add the order you wish to send back including the shipping zip code. Once RMA # is created a pre-paid label will be provided to return the product back for processing.
Does Volcom Canada products come with warranty?
Yes, they do. All warranty timeframes begin from the original purchase date.
Apparel and Accessories Warranty Policy: 90 days.
Footwear Warranty Policy: 30 days.
Bag Warranty: 1 Year.
Can I checkout with my paypal account?
Volcom currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover charge cards and PayPal U.S. and Canadian as a form of payment for online and telesales orders. All methods of payment must be through a US or Canadian bank account.
Can I be notified when an item comes back in stock?
Currently they do not have a program within their system that notifies customers of an item becoming available from a backordered status. The majority of their apparel and accessories are seasonal runs and typically only lasts a couple months before the item is either discontinued or re-vamped into another like item.
They do not have any back stock of items that they created in previous seasons and are unable to place a personal or custom order for these items. You can also check their Dealer Locator to see what retail stores and authorized dealers are in your area that might possibly have the item you're looking for in stock.
What's the warranty procedure?
They would be more than happy to set you up with a warranty claim to see what they can do to help you repair/replace your item as long as it falls within their warranty period and was purchased from an authorized dealer of ours.
To initiate the warranty claim, they simply request you email them at [email protected], 1-2 images of the defective product, a copy of your proof of purchase or bank statement and the page information for a prompt warranty claim.
Once their warranty team has received your information, one of their representatives will be in contact with you on the available options and the next steps for processing. If you do not have all of the above information, please email them as much information as possible and they will gladly assist you with this.
How the referral program works?
