Do I have to pay customs charges?

Can I exchange items purchased online?
The exchange option is only possible for the same item in a different size/colour/print OR an another item with the same price.
- The shipping of exchange items is only offered in Canada; for exchanges shipped to the United States or internationally, they will contact you so you can pay the shipping costs.
- Once they have received your return, the exchange item will be sent to you within four days by mail to the address of your original order.
- You will receive a confirmation email of the delivery including the tracking number supplied by Canada Post for your package.
- If you would like to do your exchange in-store, just bring in the receipt or your return.
