What is their return policy?

• For faulty / incorrect items, after performing the above operations, a message box will be displayed, in which you need to provide more information about the order, and then contact customer service to help solve the problem.

• Or, if you encounter any problems, please log in to your account here and contact them. Once you have processed your return, you will have 14 days to return your items to them. Please put the items back in their original packaging, pack them safely, and ensure that their return form is included. When you return your items to them, you need to obtain a postage receipt certificate.

• If you request a replacement item, but the item is no longer available, they will process a refund and return it to the original account you used to purchase the item.
